Job Profile
As part of the work package WP1 of the OP JAK QUEENTEC project, the postdoctoral researcher will deal with analysing quantum energetics in bosonic and spin-bosonic systems using methods of non-equilibrium quantum physics, non-Markovian open quantum systems and quantum thermodynamics in cooled atoms and nanoparticles and other systems, including their nonlinear interactions and numerical modeling of these processes and interactions for experimental protocols. The mentor of the postdoctoral researcher will be Prof. Radim Filip.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Physics
- specialization in quantum energetics, non-equilibrium quantum physics, non-Markovian open quantum systems, quantum thermodynamics and quantum batteries
- publication track record in quantum energetics, non-equilibrium quantum physics, non-Markovian open quantum systems, quantum thermodynamics and quantum batteries
- ability to communicate in English
