Research Field: International conflict and security law and international humanitarian law.

Job Profile

The postdoctoral fellow will become part of the Centre's team and will be involved in its scientific research activities. The postdoc will be expected to be involved in the Centre's existing projects as well as actively pursuing his/her own projects, especially international ones. The work includes building a network of international contacts and presenting research results at home and abroad.

Requirements

  • The Centre particularly welcomes applications within the following areas:
    • Cyberspace and international conflict and security law
    • International humanitarian law and emerging technologies
    • AI, international humanitarian law and peace and security
    • International law and sanctions regimes
  • Completed (by 1 September 2024) PhD studies with a focus on public international law.
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English at least at C1 level.
  • Demonstrable excellence in scholarship and research, including previous publications
