Department/Facility description

Job Profile

  • Preparation, implementation, and management of teaching, including exercises, seminars, and other forms of educational, scientific, or artistic activities.
  • Continuous and final assessment of students' knowledge and skills, including evaluation of their study results based on authorization by the head of the department.
  • Supervision, consultation, and review of final theses, especially seminar and bachelor's theses.

Requirements

  • M.A. in a relevant field.

Department of Asian Studies sees to fill the position of a Lector of the Chinese Language. A successful candidate should meet the following requirements: 

  • Adequate training and good teaching record (supported by evaluations).
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese and English on the level of the advertised position (knowledge of Czech and/or other Chinese languages will be an advantage).
