• Preparation, implementation, and management of teaching, including exercises, seminars, and other forms of educational, scientific, or artistic activities.
• Continuous and final assessment of students' knowledge and skills, including evaluation of their study results based on authorization by the head of the department.
• Supervision, consultation, and review of final theses, especially seminar and bachelor's theses.
• Independent/team implementation of creative activities in the field of science, research, or artistic creation, including scientific, research, or development tasks within the professional focus of the workplace.
• Publishing and presenting the results of creative activities in professional journals, at conferences, or on other professional platforms.

• Adequate education in the field (Mgr., M.A., M.I.R., etc.).
• Publications and research activity in the field.
• Ability to communicate in Czech or English at the level required for the position and in at least one other language relevant to the area.
• Administrative skills at the level of the position to be filled.

• Interesting and varied work in the field of education and research.
• Stable background of a prestigious university.
• 40 days of vacation.
